Gill Southgate is a blind lady from the King's Lynn area who works with her guide dog, Adelaide, a black Labrador retriever.
Gill, a speaker for the Guide Dogs for the Blind Association, shares her experiences of working with guide dogs, her training, and the charity's work through public seminars and events, often with Adelaide by her side.
Adelaide is a well-loved, affectionate, and dependable companion, and Gill has had a succession of black Labradors as her guide dogs, beginning with Ruby.
