Two vehicles damaged and horse box on its side

Note the horse box on its side – the horse was lucky to escape without serious injury

An incident outside Stanhoe yesterday (21 April) at the junction of Bircham Road with the B1454 left two cars damaged and a horse box on its side, reports Mary-Anne Hallinan: ”They got the horse out and were walking it around, don’t think anyone has been hurt.  Some very shocked people about!”. The crash happened at around 3 pm.

Pamela Austin, who forwarded the news, says there was another, apparently less serious, accident at the same point a couple of weeks ago.
