Tree down

A fallen tree blocked Stanhoe’s Station Road on Sunday.

Sunday 29 March has been a windy day, and this morning Terry and Pamela Austin photographed a fallen tree blocking Station Road. It’s past the last bungalow, just before the onion store. Another gold star for Highways - Your Parish Council called the emergency number regarding the  tree late in the morning and by 2.30 it had been fully cleared by Highways. Not a bad effort for a Sunday on short staff!
