Nelson’s Shantymen of Burnham Thorpe will provide rousing musical entertainment from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm. If you haven’t heard them before you are in for a treat:

There’s no need to book – just turn up with your own drinks and snacks. There will be boules, pool and ping-pong to play, or simply come for a chat, catch up with old friends and get to know new ones.

Laura Pocock, chairman of the MEHM Trust, said: “The Village Hall & Reading Room is truly the heart of Stanhoe: a hub, a place to meet, exchange news, views and laughs. I hope this will the first of many informal get-togethers that will unite our village.”
