Stanhoe Emergency Plan Meeting

Stanhoe Emergency Plan Meeting - 16 November 2022

At the last Parish Council meeting on September 28th there was a  discussion about updating the Stanhoe Emergency Plan which had been produced some years ago. The concept of the updated plan would be to provide where possible advice, information and help in the event a major incident that may affect the village.

Generally the Emergency Services and Utilities would be the main responders but some emergencies may be so severe that for a short period the Parish might have to self-help.

This is when the Parish might have to rely on our its own emergency plan to provide support in the short term.

Consequently, there will be an OPEN MEETING in the Reading Room on Wednesday November 16th at 7.00 pm to discuss issues and concerns that may be viewed as an ‘Emergency’, and whether these could be included in an updated plan. We want to have the widest involvement  because these issues could involve everybody in the Parish.

This is an informal discussion, please come if you can.
