Stanhoe news
July film
On Friday 7 July Stanhoe Village Screen ends its spring/summer season with Hidden Figures (PG), based on a true story.
Putting man on the moon is one of humanity’s greatest achievements, but the women who played a part in getting him there have gone unsung for too long. The fact that some of them were African-American is the surprise draw of this inspiring, Oscar-nominated account, which stars Taraji P Henson, Janelle Monae and Kevin Costner.
The autumn/winter season will start in September.
