Syderstone gardens

Syderstone Open Gardens is on Sunday 25 June.

Syderstone Open Gardens takes place on Sunday 25 June 2017 from 1.00 pm to 6.00 pm.

“Nine lovely gardens will be open this year, with two popular ‘returnees’,” says co-organiser Dizzy Goff.

Other attractions include friendly and welcoming hosts, plus delicious refreshments from 2.00 pm in Amy Robsart Hall (opposite the church). Plants, paintings, crafts and books will be on sale at host gardens.

A “round robin” ticket costs £3 per person, with accompanied under-12s free. Tickets (with map) are available from host gardens, all of which will be clearly signposted.

There is on-street parking, and designated disabled access where appropriate. One garden is not suitable for wheelchairs.

All proceeds go towards the running of St. Mary’s Church, Syderstone – an ancient round-tower church open daily to welcome visitors to the village.

More information from Dizzy Goff (01485 578527) or Barrie Wells (01485 578280).
