Balloon view

The Jack’s Lane balloon flew on 14 November.

Red balloon just visible over the trees

The red dot in the middle of the photo is the balloon marking the height of the turbine blade tips, as seen
from Bircham Road

The balloon showing the height of the blade tips at the proposed Jack’s Lane wind turbine cluster flew on 14 November. Above is a belated photo of the result as seen from Ivy Farm Barns on Bircham Road.

The balloon is tethered at the site of turbine number six, whose distance of 2 km from Bircham Road would make it the closest one to Stanhoe.
