Sheep worried

Please look out for loose dogs, says local farmer.

A ewe and a lamb were attacked by a dog on Tuesday night in the field next to Church Lane. The ewe was bitten, while the lamb escaped with bruises.

This is second dog attack on the flock within a matter of weeks.

Judy Robinson of Lugden Hill Farm, Docking, owns the sheep. She asks walkers and people living nearby to keep their eyes and ears open for stray dogs, and not to let their own dogs into the field.

If you see anything suspicious, you can or call her on 518088.
