Stanhoe’s famous duckpond is known to locals as “The Pit”.

Stanhoe’s pub is the Duck Inn.

Stanhoe’s pilgrim cross was erected in 2001 on an existing medieval base.

Stanhoe Village Hall is the hub of many village activities. Free Wi-Fi available here.

The well-equipped playground is next to the football field at the back of the Village Hall.

Rebuilt around 1700, Stanhoe Hall is one of Stanhoe’s finest buildings.

All Saints’ church is a fine 13th-century building.

Church Farm is Stanhoe’s only remaining working farm.

The Old Norfolk Hero, a private house, was formerly the Norfolk Hero public house, named for Admiral Nelson.

Barwick House is a fine Georgian building, unfortunately not visible from the public road.

Magnificent 18th-century Great Barn and other buildings belonging to the former Ivy Farm.
